Welcome to the Reset Retreat

A promotional poster for a girls' retreat titled "Reset with main character energy." The poster features four smiling girls in casual clothing against a colorful, abstract background. The tagline indicates it is a one-day retreat for girls who feel everything, with additional text inviting attendees to come exactly as they are.

A new kind of back-to-school energy.
This isn’t about prepping for systems. It’s about preparing your spirit.

The RESET Retreat is See Yah’s first healing experience for Black and Brown girls navigating school, identity, and neurodivergence.

This is our starting place, and it’s just the beginning.

What Is the Reset Retreat?

The Reset Retreat is a one-day, soft-space designed just for Black and Brown girls who feel everything.

It’s for the ones navigating school systems, sensory overload, social identity, and self-expression.
It’s where identity meets joy and community becomes care.

Led by aunties who see you. Held in a space where you don’t have to shrink.

Support a Girl’s Healing Journey

Support a Girl’s Healing Journey ⁎

3% Cover the Fee

This isn’t just a donation. It’s an investment in softness, joy, and belonging for Black and Brown girls who rarely get to feel seen. Your support also seeds a model we will expand into schools and communities, reaching even more girls with healing, joy, and belonging.

Gift From the Wishlist

Not everyone gives money, some love to send something tangible. We’ve curated an Amazon Wishlist of the very items that go into our girls’ self-care kits and healing rituals.

Every item gifted = one more reminder to a girl that she is seen, held, and celebrated.

💌 Tip: Select “This is a gift” at checkout and include a message for the girls and they’ll see your words of encouragement in their kit.

I Dare You To Create

We’re not just prepping for school…
we’re restoring the worth of girls who’ve been asked to shrink for too long.

Why This One’s for the Girls

Let’s be real. Black and Brown girls are often left out of conversations about neurodivergence, mental health, and healing.

This retreat is for them. To be centered, not managed.
To be soft, not scrutinized.
To be seen in their full, joyful selves.

We created this space so they can reset their nervous systems, build trust in community, and feel powerful just being who they are.

But we see everyone.

More See Yah retreats are coming; for caregivers, for boys, and for full family healing.

Join our list to be the first to know.

Coming Spring 2026: Our Full Weekend Retreat

This one-day Reset is just the beginning. In March 2026, we’ll launch our first full See Yah weekend retreat.

Designed for Black and Brown neurodivergent girls and their families, the weekend will offer:

  • Deeper emotional regulation tools

  • Holistic healing sessions for caregivers

  • Advocacy workshops + joy-centered breakout tracks

  • Restorative community-building rituals

More rest. More resources. More joy.
